FAQ!

How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?

We understand that plans change! You can reschedule or cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, and your payment will be applied to your next session with no extra fees.

  • Cancellations made 2 to 24 hours before the event receive a 50% refund (excluding fees).

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

  • No refunds for unused time—booked hours are final.

When can I arrive for my session?

Be sure to include setup and cleanup within your reserved time. You may arrive up to 10 minutes early, but please exit on time to keep the space available for others.

What happens if I go over my time?

Overtime fee of $35 applies if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.

Is WiFi and Bluetooth available?

Yes! WiFi access, Bluetooth speaker details, and your studio entry code will be sent via text the morning of your session.

Is parking available?

Absolutely! Drive behind Building C and Park anywhere Directly behind the Garage door or on the side of the building.

RULES

  • No large parties or excessively loud music.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Maximum of six people per studio at a time.

  • Shoes are not allowed on backdrops except for talent. Use shoe covers or remove them.

  • Please clean after yourself

  • Any Damage to backdrop paper will result in a $10 fee to account.

  • Food and drinks must stay off furniture. Damage will result in additional fees.

  • Do not remove wall photos without prior approval.

  • Furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to its original place.

  • Avoid using body oil, sprays, or self-tanners that could stain furniture.

  • Overtime fees apply. Your booking starts at the scheduled time, not arrival time—plan accordingly.
